Bhagavadgita Chapter 2 – Free Session
Chanting & understanding the meaning of each shloka
(Only for those enrolled in group or individual yoga classes)

Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita holds timeless wisdom that speaks directly to our struggles today. Krishna teaches us that the atman is eternal, offering us peace in times of uncertainty and loss. He guides us to act without attachment to outcomes, a powerful lesson in today’s fast-paced world, where stress and worry dominate.

The chapter emphasizes the importance of a steady mind, helping us navigate distractions and emotional turbulence. By understanding our true nature and practicing selfless action, we can find purpose and clarity, even in the midst of chaos. In a world full of constant change, Chapter 2 teaches us how to stay grounded, centered, and resilient.
